Focusing on Yemen and Syria, it highlights the rise of antimicrobial resistance and resurgent vaccine-preventable diseases. It calls for coordinated global action, legal accountability, and investment in resilient health systems to prevent long-term public health crises.

This scoping review explores how UK policy and legislation address vaccination access for migrant populations. Findings highlight major barriers including language, mistrust, and legal insecurity, with limited regional research outside England. While tailored outreach has improved uptake in some areas, policy gaps persist. The review calls for inclusive, coordinated strategies to ensure equitable access to vaccine-preventable disease protection.
